How;s name do I put on the shipping details?
The full shipping address is Data Recovery Direct, 27 Bulwer Street, London, W12 8AR
You do not need to address it to anyone but make sure you include your job number with it or on the box, if however you prefer to address the box to a person please use my name.
How should I pack the media?
Wrap your media in anti-static bubble wrap, foam or bag then place the media in a box twice its size and fill the remainder of the box with foam or crumpled newspaper.
What is the best way to send my faulty media?
We have found that Royal Mail Special Delivery is a cost effective and speedy way to send the media; if you have a courier company that you regularly use this would be fine also. Of course you can always deliver the drive by hand if you are near to us.
