customers have questions regarding what went wrong or why did they lose data.

Are you open on Saturdays? I would like to pop the drive over to your office in Shepherds Bush.
Our offices opening hours are (Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm), however, our lab is opened 24/7. If you need your data to be recovered immediately then please call our 24/7 emergency numbers.
I have been asked to find out what will have happened the original hard disk that was sent? Is this disposed of as a matter of course or do you hold on to them for any period of time?
The original harddrives are retained for 60 days, after this time we destroy the platter (the data part of the drive) and send the rest of the drive for recycling.
I'm about to send my Hard Disk to see if any data is recoverable. Do I need to include any documentation with it?
No, all what you need to include is your contact details and teh Job ID. The Job ID can be obtained from the online quotation system.
